Fund, expire and release demo exit escrow
Understand finite exit commitments, expiry and why escrow is not price-loss insurance.

- Open Exit capacity and fund a commitment for one exact demo vault.
- Observe that the cash is separate from senior financing and counted only with the configured haircut.
- Try to release early; the local ledger correctly blocks it.
- Advance the scenario clock, then release after expiry.
Escrow can support a future purchase assumption. It is not insurance, a guaranteed buyer, or a reserve against stock losses.
