Fund, expire and release exit escrow

Understand finite exit commitments, expiry and why escrow is not price-loss insurance.

  1. Open Exit capacity and fund a commitment for one vault.
  2. Observe that the cash is separate from senior financing and counted only with the configured haircut.
  3. Try to release early; the ledger blocks it until expiry.
  4. Advance the scenario clock, then release after expiry.

Escrow can support a future purchase assumption. It is not insurance, a guaranteed buyer, or a reserve against stock losses.
